The team at Brewfitt are happy to announce the launch of their brand new ecommerce website, designed and developed by marketing partners Fantastic Media.
The new and improved Brewfitt site has been updated to include an ecommerce platform and payment gateway which provides customers with a new opportunity to purchase products online at a time that suits them.
Established over 60 years ago, the Huddersfield based business has always been at the forefront of innovation in dispense in the pub and bar industry. Brewfitt’s main aim is to help breweries and bars of all sizes provide a better experience for their customers and help them grow their businesses.
The team wanted to provide this same high level of customer service to their own customers by expanding the business so customers had the ability to order the equipment they required. The expansion of the already highly performing website to include an ecommerce offering was the perfect solution in providing this service.
Not only did this open up the Brewfitt range to new audiences, such as home brewers, it also helps the business to remain competitive in an increasingly digital world. It is a great way to grow the business and continue to deliver the same great service and offering in bespoke products.
After a complex couple of months establishing stock and products to be featured on the website, the team are happy to announce that the ecommerce platform is now up and running. On the new website, customers can browse through the product catalogue with ease, and can learn more information about all products including their bespoke and branded fonts, dispense accessories and Brewfitt’s innovative Future of Dispense system. In addition to this the team have added the ability for customers to track their order for those with slightly longer lead times.
“We are delighted with the new website,” said James Paxman, Operations Director at Brewfitt, “Not only will this make a big difference to our business and how efficiently we deal with customer orders, it also allows our customers to order our range when it is convenient to them.
“From cellar to point of sale, the pubs and bars we work with aim to put their customers first by delivering great quality service, and we wanted to reflect on this with our own customer service offering. We know what customers want, and we wanted to make this as easy for them to access as possible.”
