Brewfitt Ltd, have recently installed their unique and tailored Future of Dispense (FOD) system into the new Gipsy Hill Taproom in London.
Craft beers in general are full of character, but they need individual treatment to ensure their high craft quality, Gipsy Hill Taproom worked closely with Brewfitt to adapt a standard system and make it their own.
With in-depth technical knowledge and experience, Brewfitt can design, supply and install bespoke dispense solutions for all brewery and pub specifications. This revolution in drinks dispense technology allows establishments to continually change the dispense temperature without any additional equipment.
The final installation at the Gipsy Hill Taproom required 18 single and 10-line CoolTube’s, each with individual temperature variable valves which work in conjunction with the Brewery’s own Glycol refrigeration system and gas-mix control..
The investment in the system as well as the weekly line cleaning results in only half a pint’s worth of liquid between the keg and tap. This in the long term will help to reduce the amount of beer wastage and save the brewery money.
Gipsy Hill Director Sam McMeekin commented “Quality is more than what ingredients make the beer, it is how it is dispensed and served to customers.”
“We chose Future of Dispense as it was adaptable to our requirements but also reduced our beer wastage while still serving the highest quality beer” he said.
James Paxman, Joint Managing Director of Brewfitt said “More venues are contacting our team directly as they want tailored dispense solutions to meet their business needs and be free of tie, allowing more product choice for customers.”
“We have installed our Future of Dispense into many other craft retailers such as The Roxy Group and The Alexander Beer House, times are changing, and venues are wanting more bespoke solutions.”
